Urban Mining Provides Corporate Name Change Update
The Company successfully changes it’s name to Modern Mining Technology Corp.
Formerly known as Urban Mining International Inc. (“UMI”), UMI was first incorporated on August 8, 2017, under the name “Evotus Inc.”. UMI changed its name from “Evotus Inc.” to “Urban Mining International Inc.” on October 14, 2020.
To better capture the company’s core business evolution and it’s vison of empowering the world’s transition towards a circular economy, UMI successfully changed its name from “Urban Mining International Inc.” to “Modern Mining Technology Corp.” on December 13, 2021.
